I'm not saying that just because it's cheap either. Everything about it is great . Good hard yet very flexible steel. Amazing factory grind, barely needs touching up. Perfect edge geometry I've seen on a machete. It's also very light and well balanced. Surprisingly comfortable and durable plastic handle. I don't know what y'all use your machetes for, but I grew up using them to limb felled trees. That's it. These things will lop off green limbs up to around 2 inches in one swing.
