Beer is complicated because there are hundreds of small breweries of tens of big breweries and every Czech will give you different answer. However Pilsner Urquell is generally accepted as "the best" or "good standard"
As general rule of thumb, if you don't go for the cheapest bottle it is usually okay. Draft beer is always a plus. In each region you can find their "big" brewery (e.g. Breznak for Ústí, Konrad for Liberec region) or smaller breweries e.g. around Liberec region Falkštejn, Cvikov (which is best in my opinion) or Kousek piva. Idk all breweries, there is too many of them.
Comfy places... That tricky. What is comfy place for you? For me it is a sunny place with nice view around, which there are plenty of them. Also watchtowers are quite popular here, if it's thing. In general, I would avoid big attractions as sky walks or even Sněžka (highest point of CZ) etc, they are crowded af. Sometimes less visited places with more dismal appeal can be quite nice with nice atmosphere
