tried alfrted camera and ip webcam on google play, both shite and unreliable

what i need is to stream from the phone setup as camera to my own phone and my pc, most reliable was obsninja, but still it freezes sometimes ffs, and if i shut off my phone, i cant just get back to the stream right back, it might not load and i need to refresh chrome, where is streamed to

ffs this should be possible w/o high=tech gadgetry
