Should I still go out if I have VSS and floaters? It recently got worse and is getting close to picrel during bad images. would the view be ruined? Any other anons have this?

You absolutely can get visual snow from enough psych abuse, especially if you're into research chems. If you have visual snow, the first thing I'd cut out is psychedelics.

it's not an eye problem, it's a trait caused by genetic abnormality to the vision center of the brain. I've had it as long a I can remember.
Fun fact: If you have visual snow there's a very high chance you're one of those people who shouldn't smoke weed because it will make you go schizophrenic.
And If schizophrenia runs in your family you likely have visual snow.

My vision got snowy a few years ago suddenly out of the blue. It's not terrible, but it does make staring at a clear blue sky less enjoyable. I still hike without problems though. So as long as it doesn't get worse you should be ok. If I was you I would go out as much as possible just in case it's a progressive condition. That way you won't regret wasting time if you do end up blind.

Surprised no one mentioned this, but the enzymes in pineapple juice can help with the eye floaters in most cases.
Many people have seen a reduction in them after eating them for a few weeks in a row. It's worth trying.

Im not convinced its real, as the mountains are snow covered despite appearing at similar altitude to the grassland foreground: surely the area the photograph was taken would also be snow-covered if the altitudes were similar

oakley has the best lenses and aren't a luxottica brand but can look dorky on some faces ymmv.

maui jim is my only recommendation nowadays (their lenses are fantastic regardless, being non-luxotica is a huge plus tho)
