The trailmix and dried fruits provide plenty sugar, vitamins and amino acids, the bread is delicious and the oil will keep it soft for weeks, and it's even better with honey, dried vegetables and semolina only require some water to be eaten, and sausage and ham are eaten as is and provide good fats, proteins and salt.
All those foods are not only very efficient and delicious, they are also barely affected by time, temperature, moisture, shocks or anything. I like how I can just pack that stuff and not worry about it the slightest. Also, nothing requires cooking, so no need to carry a stove.
