https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZxxA689GHYproject farm guy comes to pretty similar conclusions i do
i like silky more than samurai but otherwise i agree with him.
corona #1 silky #2 samurai #3 to me and i've owned a bunch of other misc ones some on his list some not.
i think if he used a different model he'd rate silky higher.
and i think he under values bahco's durability (not edge retention physical durability) its not a bad saw. it cuts the worst of all of them but its the hardest one to break.
i use these things a shitload probably more than most sane people doing volunteer trail maintanence and finishing every weekend basically light duty forestry where these things excel
pro gamer tips in general btw:
curved blades are for cutting at your feet and above your head, flat blades are for cutting at chest height, both will do anything but excel for this kind of use. curved blades are almost always better for /out/ general use. the safest place to cut is usually at your feet and you don't always have something chest height to use as a table.
all blades stay sharp 50x longer if you are extremely careful to never run the blade through the dirt while cutting. esp on curved blades where the blade tends to want to go there and you tend to cut at your feet. dig a little ditch where you're cutting or prop the object up on something. don't put your feet at risk while doing so use your brain.
