Food making general.
So /out/, are titanium pots bad for actually making food? I have an aluminium nonstick coated pot and I was thinking of possibly replacing it with a titanium pot of approximately the same size. Would that be a bad idea? I'd want a pot that I could use with metallic utensils. I have heard people saying that their food burn down to the bottom with titanium.
I generally prepare pasta sides, instant potato mash, rice, porridges and soups with my cooking kit.
