Hey /out/, I need your help. I'm thinking of camping tonight in the forest preserve near my house. It's relatively small but there's a few really good spots.

The only problem is that I fear a ranger will spot me, either from far away or on foot (although the latter is more unlikely as this is sort of a "niche" part of the forest preserve). This is because the perfect spot I found (picrel) can be seen from other places as it is right by the water.

There are more secluded spots but they are near where I saw The Axe Man many years ago. Should I just say fuck it and set up camp here, and if I do, what are some tips to avoid being spotted?
