These are so good for the price. Last year they made a run of the cut they used in the early 90s and my wife got 4 colors of 20 bucks each.
Really can't go wrong with anything polartec.

For highly active activity, anything polartec powerstretch.
For home or casual outings, anything sweaterknit fleece (I have an arcteryx covert hoody, patagonia and other companies also make them).

If you are looking for something like the OP pic, I highly recommend Tek Gear, particularly the two tone zip-up fleece. The monotone sweatshirt is way too small in the shoulders for me.
