Can you actually swim with one of these? Where am supposed to attach the cord? Around my neck? Will the case swing and dangle and disturb my neck and arms? Thanks.

You can also loop it around your neck and under one arm if you're cliffjumping or swimming in rough waves, I found that felt more secure and got in the way less.
