It depends what you mean by /out/

I go out to the woodland and the fields, that's out, but I also go to Africa and stay in hotels with restaurants. That also feels out because it's so foreign and you're surrounded by black people all the time to the point where you forget that you're non-black yourself. It's a fun experience

I think the same about Brazil, but I don't believe it's worse than Mexico. There are a lot of really cool places to go /out/ here. I understand your concept of /out/ as going deep innawoods, almost isolated, alone. This kind of experience requires really isolated areas. It's possible, even in Mexico.
