Hi /out/, I just bought a 35ft fifth wheel camper that I plan on living out of the parking in the lot behind my work. The owner encouraged me to do it and even offered me free electricity and water hookups because I can be onsite at any time if there's an emergency. My work also has a kitchen and shower which I will be using instead of the campers. It's a four season camper and allegedly (I don't buy it) can prevent the water pipes from freezing during the winter. Has anyone else lived in a camper for work (especially through the winter) and is there anything I need to consider?
