honestly the views kinda suck, there's a tree blocking the main view (pic related is secondary view in a different area) that they haven't chopped down and really just a lot of brush blocking it, the other view is not blocked but its much harder to get to, they don't let you park right at the bottom of the hill (where there's easily room for a new lot), and the view is mostly farm fields anyways, and the users are um quite diverse if you know what I mean.

No it's not.
"Sugar Mountain" in the Neil Young song is just an allegory for youth.
Neil wrote it after a friend of his was denied entry to a under-21 only night club and realized he was getting older.
