They are 100% full-time indoor trees, and they seem to be very happy with their living arrangements. Having a big, south-facing window, decent ferts, and the means to maintain a good living temperature in your house (ie: heating/ A/C) definitely helps. The Raintree is now coming up on its second winter. I used a cheap grow light to help it recover once the daylight hours shortened and it bounced back without any issue.
