If you were to fully seal your tent to provide any humidity from entering your tent then that means humidity also can't leave your tent. If that happens all the water from your breath is going to condense on the cold membrane of your tent and thats even worse because now you have a wet tent on the inside which can cause the rest of your kit to get wet. Yes, you could probably be a full blown retard and fill your tent with dehumidifiers. Is it worth it? No because the natural humidity of the air isn't usually a problem. It will make things feel colder but that just means you wear warmer layers.
Humid environnements aren't fun but there's no great way to deal with it when you're outside. The best thing you can do is just make sure to air everything out properly when you get home to prevent mould and damage so that your kit keeps working to it's best.
