Guys there's this trail around 90K long and 4200m of elevation gain that I want to try to run in one go. Currently I'm running 40-60K a week but it's still a bit of a stretch to risk doing it now so I'm waiting 6 weeks and increase my mileage along the way.
Anyone has experience and some advice on this? Just to be clear it's not a race, just a self challenge type thing.
