Anyone here any experience hot tenting?

I've finally got the comfort side of camping down with a nice pump up mattress with pillows at the top, but I'm always fucking freezing.

Having a fire outside the tent never brings me any warmth and I always wake up in the middle of the night frozen.

Been thinking of trying out a hot tent and stove, I usually go camping with my motorbike so weight isn't the biggest limiting factor.
