Does anyone know how to fix this? Do I just put gear aid adhesive on it? I think it's damage from sharp rocks or something. Is this kind of damage even normal? I've only worn them for two weeks too.

Most modern footwear is flimsy and engineered to reliably fail.
Damage looks normal, no action needed other than to avoid that type of construction in the future if you want something that lasts.

No, I have a pair of Scarpa's from 2006 that dont have any damage at all. I did cross several boulder fields with my new ones which is where the damage is from I guess?

Hm, Idk. It doesnt look like very significant damage. I don't think it will get worse by itself.
What you shouldn't do is put any oil, lubricant, alcohol, or glue on it because it will dry out the PU making it more likely to crumble or separate from the other layers.
Also don't pee on it.

That’s what you get from cheap and flimsy foam shoes. If you are in sharp rocky areas, use roughout leather boots with a Vibram-type sole. Make sure the boot is of a shell ‘type’, so that the internals can be modified to climate, comfort and continuous support.

did some furthing digging and apparently you can repair holes on the EVA sole with a UP sealant

I mean, other than the foam being damaged the boots themselves are warm, sturdy (semi-rigid sole) and comfortable for the alpine terrain I wore them in.

probably true but I don't think your milsurp boots would be very suited for that kind of terrain
