beginner tips requested

Next week i plan to fly to the scottish highland for a 4-5 days hiking trip in the Cairngorms national park. I'm a relatively young and strong 85kg man but i have trouble figuring out what is an acceptable backpack weight for that purpose. For now, with clothes, food, water, shelter, etc it all add up to 17-18kg. I often lift using a 15kg weighted vest so it doesnt feel like much when i try it out but still, i'm worried about that. Is this an acceptable weight for 5 days out in the 'wild'? Do you have any tips for multiple days hike? Keep in mind i don't plan to walk 10 hours a day. the route i plan to take is about 85km so i can take it relatively easy.
Most info i found talk about 20% of your weight but that seems hard to reach for such a long hike. Thanks in advance lads
