Sup /out/, I'm going on a brief hiking/camping trip to Norway in two weeks. I've been meaning to gather some friends and just walk around in the forest, experience nature and breathe some air, since none of that is really possible here in Belgium, but it's been hell to try and get people interested, so I'm going to just go ahead and do it alone.
The plan is to fly to Oslo on Friday, sleep the night in a hostel, then set out in the morning. A two-hour train ride takes me to the closest national park:

From there I plan to cross the park and get to a train station on the other side. Should be around ~40km, I may put up a tent and stay the night, but the distance should be doable in that time. After bumbling about for the day I'll go back to Oslo and take the plane back on Monday.
I picked the park and route pretty much at random, so I'm hoping anons here would have suggestions for this. The website alltrails offers just short hikes, no real trails.
I would also appreciate advice for worst case scenarios like getting lost and having to stumble to the nearest highway to hitchhike. I have some good equipment and I've done expeditions of a few days before.
