Good morning /out/

I hope this is appropriate here, since it's an outdoor activity. I would like to get into archery and I have a few questions.

Does /out/ have recommendations for a cheapish and not-shit compound bow?
Is there a way to change pull weights on a bow or is it built in, like a gun's caliber?
I'd like to do some bow hunting and bonefishing, eventually.
