I think comparing the weather conditions (rain/snow) on stream versus live doppler radar could be a good way to narrow it down. Over a few days of partly rainy/snowy weather and using the process of elimination, there should only be a few locations where the stream and doppler are consistent all the time. Since the stream has live audio someone can drive around those areas honking a car horn (like we did with the He Will Not Divide Us flag,) or flying a paramotor or something.
