How do I get used to the cold?
Every time I go /out/ I always have to overgear in terms of layers/jackets because I get cold way too easily.
Other people are walking around in just a light fleece and a shirt while I'm in at least 4 layers.
Yes, I tried going in less multiple times. I end up shivering the whole way and sick once I'm back home.
Yes, I take cold showers. It's just a preference unrelated to this (Hot water makes me sweat).
I wanna go /out/ lighter and still be comfortable.
