are you aware this is the /out/ board? for the outdoors? which is mostly not in cities/urban areas?
Also every single pack i have comes with a pocket for wet jackets, i call it; a plastic bag in the front pocket.

I like to be able to carry alot of shit, and most backpacks require extra straps when going higher than 30l so get the jansport big student if you want alot of space but want your backpack to look huge with clef straps and hip straps.
