Toads are frogs. You can't differiate the different species in that pace of their life from eachother with a fucking microscope, let alone from mad quality photo from a random angle.

Both frogs and toads can be black, colour really isn't a great differentiator. If it's larger than 35mm it's a frog, if it's smaller it can be either.
