>>2695074Not the same anon, but at least comparing Spain (where I am) to the US I can confirm that North America is a LOT more relaxed and developed in terms of outdoors recreation. Here in Spain, as well as Portugal, camping is extremely restricted to conditioned areas –without mentioning the fact that camping out in the wild is pretty much illegal and heavily enforced–. It has gotten to a point where camping has become restricted to scientific research, “glamping”, or pretty much camping next to other people. This kind of situation is not common in the Americas, where –as far as I know– camping is pretty much allowed and encouraged everywhere, and people can camp in any public unprotected piece of land as long as they clean up after themselves. The situation here is pretty much ruined for responsible campers because of the tourists that come and litter the fuck out of campgrounds.
