Fox footprints look more like dog prints.

I'd almost guess a beaver but that isn't enough tracks to tell me anything for sure since beavers have webbed back feet.

yes, but beavers often tuck in their thumbs when they walk and raccoons don't--raccoons also have longer claws.

If they weren't in the snow, Id say armadillo. Probably porcupine or muskrat otherwise. Location of the tracks and local terrain features would help. Beavers and muskrats won't be far from water, porcupines won't be far from trees, armadillos wont be where it snows!

Muskrats have larger rear feet. I'm going to guess Groundhog. Marmots probably aren't out of hibernation yet.

Looks like a muskrat. Judging from the size that seems about right to. See a tail drag anywhere along it? If the snow was a little stiff it might not show up, but if it's there it'll be thin.
