i tried to search for all these terms in the subject line
what do you guys eat while /out/? i recently invested in a real cook kit and a vacuum sealer, so i'm trying to step up my game quite a bit. the old menu was something like
>oatmeal
>trail mix
>boiled eggs
>cheese
>sausage
the new menu is looking like this, with vacuum bags full of gourmet food that can be reheated over a camp stove with no drinking water loss
>all of the above
>beef stew
>lentil-based mac n cheese
>chili
>fermented salsa
>meatballs
>tzaziki sauce
>barley
>chicken skewers
>maybe pulled pork
do you guys have any other high-protein, high-carb ideas that can be vacuum sealed, frozen, and reheated over an imprecise alcohol flame? i'm trying to evolve from just surviving, to thriving with some gourmet food. i've never eaten an MRE or a dehydrated cuck packet and don't intend to. i also don't like to spend a bunch of time prepping food
