Would it be weird if I hiked in this off the trail but near to where the trail is and just hid from people and watched them if I heard them coming before continuing the hike?

Those actually suck because the camouflage is only printed on one side of the fabric, so the undersides of the 3D leaves are all white. They're good at hiding this in the product photo.
