>>2733720Hand tools are fine if you don't have much to deal with. If you have any substantial amount to cover though I'd recommend something like a Stihl Kombi system (or something similar). Get a string trimmer attachment, a hedge trimmer attachment and it is strong enough to run a brush blade head too.
That plus a good mower, sweeper, pair of loppers, a shovel, a hoe, and a back pack sprayer is all you need for basic landscaping.
