i recently got a relly cool hunting knife from a local sports store and was wondering where some good places to hunt elk and maybe some bears in arizona are?

I know there are risks but i figured that since the knife was basicly made for hunting i should be fine. its really sharp.

Does any1 else here use hunting knives?
