How long will I have to feed this little guy before he can fly? I took him in because he wouldn't have survived the night with all of the cats around. Been feeding him little worms.

Looks pretty mature, a week or two. Try giving it mealworms, black soldier fly larva and some wild gamebird chick feed. Make sure you have some way for it to get water too.
