Subcompact in the right fron pocket is what I'd go with, if I wasn't living in a country where I can legally carry a full-sized fixed blade. That's also in my right front pocket, though. Conceals fully, easy to index without arousing suspicion and much quicker on the draw (especially single handed) than any of those "get an untucked shirt out of the way first" concealments.
