>>2737991>Every project the government does has a 500% mark up to pay for the griftHey kiddo. Might help you to learn how road construction works. See the government doesn't build the roads. They use taxpayer money to hire what's called a "construction company" to build the roads on their behalf.
Now these private "construction companies" often use "labor unions." Labor unions are groups of people who are so allergic to work that they group together like herd animals to avoid doing work and also to legally protect each other.
The cost of these "labor unions" is so exorbitant that on average it costs $50-$80k per highway sign. But because of "labor protections" and a monolopolization of union-based companies, it's almost impossible to get any work done without appealing to these thugs and their exorbitant rates.
But if we invest in a better future, we can elect representatives who hate unions and want to wipe them so thoroughly from existence that the fear of starting a union becomes part of the human genome.
And then, once unions have been thoroughly crushed forever and even the thought of maybe asking someone to start a union lands you in prison for life, we can finally look at police reform.
