>>2747009>Soon you will be just fine with just a couple blankets to sleep on and no pillow.Once I moved house and left my pillows at the old place. Went out to buy some more but everywhere was closed. So I decided to try sleeping with no pillow -- babies do it, how tough can it be? -- but it was not good. I slept bad the first night, moving from my side onto my back and vice versa, and could only get fleeting moments of sleep. I was busy and didn't get around to shopping for any pillows the next day, so I decided to give it another go, to maybe get used to it. Same feeling again, but worse because now my neck and shoulder area was becoming sore and strained. I got some sleep but at the expense of my ligaments which by now were feeling stretched to bits and I was developing a very sharp and sudden pain in my upper back that would strike like lightening whenever I laid on my left side in the wrong way.
Currently I'm waiting until an inflatable pillow arrives before I go camping. After trying that (at the young age of 28), I will NOT be fucking around with neck support while sleeping.
