yup but there's also a lot of stuff nearby that's nice as well
and there's a million random overlooks of pine creek, some of which involve hiking, some are driving, and some can be done both ways

I went to sharp top, upper alpine view and canyon vista at loyalsock state forest, and wyalusing rocks nw of Scranton, that was very nice.
