The low is around 80 with even more humidity than the day. Just absolute shitty, sticky heat for months. It doesn’t end; there’s no cool front or whatever. And you can’t run off into the mountains and rely on a nice lapse effect to get some cooler weather for a day. Youre stuck with it until late October (if you’re lucky).
Like if you live in Los Angeles, yeah, it’s hot during the day. It’s in the low 90’s. But then it’s in the 70’s at night. It can even dip into the upper 60’s, in the middle of “summer,” early in the morning.
