Big initial investment, but if you already have a drill and saw that run off the batteries, that takes the bite out. Too many rechargeable options have shitty Chinese cells in the battery that drop off quickly, charge real slow, and they basically brick the light when they fail unless you’re willing to solder new cells in.
For the averagr person, I recommend Ryobi. Tons of pretty affordable stuff and the batteries will run your lights, drill, circular saw, tire inflator, stick vac made for pets, fan, power inverter, etc.
