Not only were none of her stakes fully inserted into the ground, or angled properly, but shoving three in there likely just widened the hole and weakened the ground.
She also knew about the issue with the plastic clips, and purposely chose to do nothing despite already having a solution.
Honestly, the biggest problem with the Lanshan, that she didn’t mention, is that it’s SilNylon instead of Poly, so it stretches when wet.
Trekking pole tents that rely on tension to hold shape shouldn’t be made from a fabric that stretches when wet, but hey that’s a big reason why it’s cheap
