There are no roads to places like Torngat, in fact there are no roads that can take you anywhere near it. The only settlements for hundreds of kilometers are tiny Inuit villages. If you wanted to get there you'd have to charter a boat to drop you off on the coast, or better (and more expensive) yet, a floatplane.
