Sufficed to say that my mom doesn't hike since our last time because she is a complete autist who doesn't have a grip on her emotions. I do not know enough women as to be able to comfortably extrapolate this to every one of them, but I suspect that women have a deep sense of existential angst regarding Nature. It is as if they consciously know that they are weak, however because of modern propaganda they can not afford to show said weakness and the further they are from society the more said weakness is apparent.
I recently joined a hiker club and I suspect that there are at least a couple of women there. Maybe I will change my mind about them, but the answer to your question is a definite no. I generally try to avoid women at all costs and I can count my romantic interactions on one hand, well maybe two. Regardless I'd never take a woman out hiking because I'd just end up making her feel bad.
