I had my first round of sunchokes last week, they turned out pretty good. The dwarf sunrays mature a little faster, I have some full sized sunchokes still coming along for later in the fall.

Thats wonderful! I have sunchokes too! They are phenomenal. We just got our first frost here and so everything is almost done for the season. I had a great harvest of butternut squash too!
