1. sit in a blind, stand, or just with full camo and wait in a high percentage spot- near a persimmon tree early in the season, near nutgrass etc.
>2. Stroll around the woods every day and just carry a bow with you and eventually you will just get lucky and be in the right place at the right time. Kek you can't "stalk" deer- at least not in my area. Maybe if it was a barren area with no brush you could idk. And there is nothing wrong with modern camo it just makes pragmatic sense and I say this as someone who uses cringe traditional archery for fun and sport.
Also don't give me this shit about "putting meat on the table" kek what a joke... it is SPORT. If you want to "put meat on the table" then keep a pen of hogs and keep chickens and grow a little corn crop and grind your own feed etc.
