What are those grey plastic rivets they press inside the strap eyelets on their quicklace models called and where can I buy them?

I can't find them anywhere on the entire internet as if nobody knew of their existence.

Do they do it just to fuck with you where they place these in every single eyelet except on the ones on the lower end so that the whole pressure of the shoe can grind the kevlar shoelace through the eyelets?
