nikon d3200 and a cheap ish lens is what I do. but even that is like 200ish
I always push new users towards sony stuff because you can use the phone app and wifi to transfer the photos off to your phone in the field. but no idea what the cheapest sony cam you can get is that has that feature.

I cant remember though if main cam on a 2020 is board out, i know it isnt on the 7. if it isnt board out, it is super easy, like five all phillips screws and screen can stay connected. just take care since battery will stay connected too.
also a bit of a tip, if you have trouble opening them, what I always do is just slip a razor knife between the chassis and screen exactly where the headphone jack used to be. you usually scratch it but who cares
