>>2792045I took my dad into the wilderness and basically at one point there sorta stopped being much of a clear trail, just openings through a thicket of bushes, and he does not understand how to follow the little red line on alltrails very well, so he went the wrong way, I stupidly followed, and he got us terribly lost and instead of trusting me to lead him out, he tried to navigate on his phone, not knowing what to do, but refusing to stop and ask me to explain it, so he ended up losing his phone in the bushes altogether, I navigate us OUT of a reception-free wilderness using Alltrails on my phone.
It would have been ok but we were wearing shorts and the bushes raped our legs pretty badly.
