Anyone ever shopped here before?

There is one being built by me, and it seems very much like REI. Outdoors store that also rents gear and sells used stuff. They also have a lifetime membership option which gives you a 10% discount and perks like free propane canister refills.

My wife loves REI, but I'm not a fan since its expensive as fuck. Their return policy is useful though since she is picky. Would this be a good alternative to take her to?
