viruses is correct and its use is often mandated in literature and lectures.
virii is often considered acceptable but it's not in common usage except for by people who are trying to sound smarter than they are. it's wrong, but tolerable on the internet because some people think it's the proper way and use it as a kind of "i'm more eloquent than you" bragging right even though it's wrong, but it sounds "more sciencey and special"
some people use viri, but that's just straight up wrong and unacceptable anywhere.
virusi is so stupid i think you might be the first person to ever think that this is acceptable. not even the most retarded, english-as-third-language-speaking, uninitiated, profoundly retarded film-studies undergraduate would think that's how the word works.
