nobody wants to buy shit land, i.e., bad property lines, poor locale, and lack of ability to even trudge
recently a property of mine gone from $40,000 to $150,000, and its a shit piece too (but don't tell any buyers i said that lmao)
no point in buying a dirtlot filled with invasive thorn bushes & half cut hills that drop 10ft into another guy's property, and when even that costs next to $1-200k? can't even think about something nice, especially when groceries are $100 a trip for the average family
i know theres other places with different cases of course, but thats whats in my area as of late
