Clearly you don't hate them enough. I'm all for using single-use plastics when they're necessary but those are exactly the sort of bullshit we would be cutting down on.

At least go for something like pic related.

Fat/protein-bombs are overrated, especially for a mid-movement “meal”. Typically you want your fats and proteins at a stationary meal where your body can focus on tissue repair.
Not to mention that macronutrientmaxxing can only go so far. Having some PB is fine, but if you want to be out for a long time and not hate your food and the way it makes you feel it’s better to go for diversity of intake.
